LOVELY TEFF POWDER

Teff is a grain that contains all nine essential amino acids, including minerals such as iron and zinc, calcium and B vitamins, essential fatty acids (omega 3 and omega 6),a large amount of nutritional components and 8.4 times more iron than spinach and 1.3 times more dietary fiber than burdock.
Teff flour is used in Ethiopia as an ingredient in "Injera", a traditional Ethiopian food. It is also used to make breads and other baked goods. Dr. Yoshinori Nagumo, director of Nagumo Clinic, recommends Lovely Teff flour for the preparation of Teff Galette.
Lovely Teff flour is fine, does not become lumpy and has a viscous texture. It does not interfere with the taste of any dish, is nutritious, gluten-free and contains a low glycemic index!
※The powder particles are fine so it is recommended to use it in combination with baking powder or rice flour if you want a smooth finish.
