【About ordering】

・All orders will be via【trend online】
・We accept orders 24 hours a day on our online page.
・In case you have chosen the payment method by bank transaction, the order will be sent to you after verifying your deposit.
・If you chose to pay by credit card or cash on delivery, after verifying the order, in approx. 2 days we will ship the order to you.
※At the end of the year or near the holidays, there is a possibility that it may take a few more days.

【 About Monthly or every 90 days subscription】

・The Subscription System consists of sending your order every month or every 90 days without the need to place your order every month.
・2 weeks before we make your next monthly delivery we will send you a reminder e-mail.
・Customers who have Trend Online account can make changes to their user page 7 days before we send your monthly order.
・If you subscribe and then want to unsubscribe, please call 050-361-32777(Attention in English, Spanish and Japanese) or e-mail 【support@trendonline.jp】
・The monthly subscription can be cancelled after 3 months. This means that you must continue the subscription for a minimum of 3 months.
・The 90-day subscription can be cancelled after the first delivery.

【Order confirmation by e-mail】

・After placing your order, you will receive a message with the following title:【トレンドオンライン】ご注文ありがとうございます。
・In case it does not reach you may be due to the following:

(1)Error when entering the e-mail.
(2)Your message box is full.
(3)The e-mail is in the spam mailbox.
Make sure that the e-mail address 「support@trendonline.jp」is not blocked.

※We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

■Attention.
・The product will be delivered to you after we verify your transaction.

【Cash on delivery代金引換】

・Pay the order when Kuroneko Yamato staff bring the order to your home.
・If you choose this type of payment apart from the shipping an additional service fee will be charged according to the amount of the purchase.
・If your order exceeds ￥5,400(tax included), the additional amount will be free!

■If you sign up for monthly or every 90 days subscription for the first time, we will ship your order within 3 days.
From the second order, we will ship your order every month or every 3 months(you can choose).

※In case of monthly or every 90 days subscription, the product will be shipped by Letter Pack Light for free.
※If you choose cash on delivery we can only send your order by Kuroneko Yamato .
※We do not ship overseas.
※The shipping cost will vary depending on the prefecture you are in.

■Precautions on the use of Letter Pack Lightレターパックライト
・Depending on the quantity or size of the product you may not be able to use this type of shipping.
・In that case we will send you an e-mail informing you.
・This type of shipment cannot be cash on delivery.
・You cannot choose delivery day or delivery time.
・We will notify you by e-mail when we ship your order.
・The maximum package size is A4 size, 3cm thickness and up to 4 kg.
・When we verify your deposit we will ship your order. It may take 2 to 6 days.
・The order will be deposited in the mailbox. We are not responsible for theft or damage of the package.

【Cancellation of monthly subscription or every 90 days subscription】

・If you subscribe and then you want to cancel the subscription, please call 050-361-32777 (English, Spanish and Japanese) or send an e-mail to [support@trendonline.jp]
・The monthly subscription can be cancelled after 3 months.
・The 90-day subscription can be cancelled after the first delivery.
・After the above requirements, in case you wish to cancel the subscription, please notify 10 days before the next delivery.

【Cancellation of order (before shipment)】

■Automatic cancellation
・If 5 days pass after your order and the deposit is not verified, your order will be cancelled automatically.
■Order cancellation for customer’s convenience.
・In case you want to cancel your order after deposit, please contact us on the same day of the order at 050-361-32777 (English, Spanish and Japanese).
・We will cancel the shipment and refund your money.

【Cancellation of order(after shipping the order)】

■Order cancellation for customer’s convenience.
・Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

【Return or exchange of the product】

・When your order has arrived check that there is no mistake in your order.

■Return or exchange of product for customer’s convenience.

・If you wish to return your order, you may do so within one week (the product must be unopened and unused).

・The return shipping cost will have to be covered by the customer.
※Use a shipping company where we can track the shipment.
※Avoid sending it through the mail because we will not be able to track the product in case it is lost.

■In the following cases we will not accept returns.
・If it has been 8 days since your order arrived.
・If the product is damaged
・If the product is opened

■Return or exchange of the defective product
・Contact us in less than 5 days call 050-361-32777(Attention in English, Spanish and Japanese) or by e-mail to 【support@trendonline.jp】 and send us the defective product in less than 7 days. The shipping cost will be covered by TREND ONLINE.

・In case you want us to exchange the defective product for a new one, we will send it to you.

・If you would like to return the order we will make the appropriate procedures to refund your money.

【About the money refund】

・When the shipment of the order you returned is confirmed, we will make corresponding procedures to refund your money.
・The customer will have to cover the extra charges at the time of transaction.
・The refund process may take up to one month.
※The way of refunding your money will be only through bank transaction.
